Delta-neutral is a strategy that eliminates price movement risk by simultaneously holding long and short positions of equal value on the same asset.

In perpetual futures markets, funding rates are exchanged between long and short positions to balance supply and demand. xDFi maintains long and short positions on Hyperliquid to collect these funding fees.

xDFi uses a looping strategy in lending protocols by repeating a collateral -> borrow -> redeposit cycle, building up to about 5x leverage on funding-fee yield. The leverage multiple is determined by the lending protocol's loan-to-value (LTV), so assets with the same LTV are assigned the same leverage multiple. (For example, if the LTV is 80%, the leverage multiple becomes 5x.)

Delta-neutral strategy is not exposed to market direction, making it safe from typical liquidation scenarios. Additionally, xDFi's system protects user assets even in special liquidation scenarios.

Assets deposited through xDFi are safely stored in audited smart contracts. You can freely deposit and withdraw your assets anytime.

Gas fees for on-chain transactions like deposits and withdrawals are paid to the respective blockchain. Additionally, a 10% performance fee is charged on profits generated through xDFi. These fees support xDFi's ecosystem and xD token activation.
